TheHelpTech.com was created to provide computer help in easy to understand language, for non-techs.
I have been in the IT industry for over 18 years. In that time I have always heard the same complaints: “Techs talk over my head” or “Techs use too much techno-jargon”. I have made it a point to always talk to my friends and co-workers in plain English when providing a solution to a computer problem or answering a computer or software question. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.
With that in mind, I created this site. To try to accomplish the same goal, to provide answers to common computer questions and problems in non-tech language.
There will also be product and software reviews and news articles to keep you up to date on what’s going on in the computer world.
This site is completely free. It is supported by ads and donations.
